After every session, fold the velcro strap back onto itself to protect it from picking up debris and keep it gripping strong. Store them back in the bag provided to keep them in the best condition.

For your sweatbands, please do not put them in the washing machine. They contain magnets and this can cause damage to your appliance. Hand wash only.
