Order Processing
We aim to process all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

• Standard UK Shipping: 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Express UK Shipping: 1 working day (order by 2PM, weekdays only)
  Please note, delivery times exclude processing time.

Pre-orders & Personalised Items
If your order contains a pre-order or custom item (e.g. personalised NovaBelt), it will be shipped separately once ready. Estimated dispatch times are shown on the product page.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail and DPD to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
